MacOS downloads folder

I have a Steinberg folder with ALL media content (65+GB) in my downloads folder. I guess that is were the download manager put it, as I didn’t specify any other destination. Everything was installed months ago and seems to work fine. Can I delete this folder? Or is there a possibility that Cubase/Halion/GrooveAgent are accessing their media libraries from this folder?

When you are done with installing products the download folder is not used anymore. But why do you want to delete it? In case you want to reinstall something, for whatever reason, you don’t need to download the files again. Instead you simple launch it from the existing folder.

I have moved that folder to an external drive (define that location in Download Assistant as destination) and it doesn’t fill my main discs. 65GB on external discs with 1 TB or more doesn’t harm.
