macOS: scroll not working on «Settings» screen

I have a small 13’ laptop.
In some cases the content of «Settings» screen is clipped and can’t be scrolled using touchpad!

Here I can’t scroll to the bottom of color scheme list:

And here I can’t scroll to the bottom of the Chord track settings:

Hi,

This window is not scrollable by using any mouse type. You can resize the window.

If you use minimal system requirements you don’t need to scroll here.
