Make Key Editor permanently stay open!

Please make the Key Editor permanently open in expternal window: now, when deleting the MIDI region, the editor disappear and it’s necessary to double-click another region to open the window.

Very frustrating, expecially on multiple monitors.

In fact, navigation in Key Editor should be improved further, but this is the very first step.
