How about the ability to make a comment, like you can in Soundcloud, along a track? So at 2.47, make a note at that time saying something like ‘adjust automation’ etc?
Just a thought - save me making scribbles on my notepad.
Make a midi track and place and rename the midi events as : build, add something, fix automation etc…
