In the attached score - Clarinet 1, is there a way that I can make the first four lines on multi-rests into one system? There doesn’t seem to be a way to select them all to be able to click the Make Into System command.

(Without seeing the file) In Engrave mode, you can place System Breaks on the barlines before and after the multi-rest (or at the start of the flow), and then turn on ‘Wait until next system break’ in the Properties panel below. This is exactly what the command Make Into System also does.

In addition to everything said above, you can also click a multibar rest in Engrave and use , to move it to the previous system.
