I posted this on the Dorico FB group and thought I’d share it here as well. I’m sure many other users are already doing this, but maybe some don’t know this method.
If I used this bar number format often, I’d create or modify a custom instrument for this purpose, which saves a good bit of time on an already quick process. I’d also rename the player as “Bar number staff” or something, so it wasn’t blank, but keep the instrument name blank.
