Probably a dumb question but is there a way to enter numbers into an automation event (volume for instance) from the keyboard? Clicking on an event turns it dark blue but there is no corresponding “info panel”) I realize that the pencil tool can create events an curves but I would like the option of direct entry. Is it possible? Cubase 8.5
Enable the project “Info Line” in the “Setup Windows Layout” menu. It is there you can type what you want.

I was thinking, this would be possible in the Browse Project window, but unfortunately it isn’t. So I’m afraid this is not possible.
In the Info Line, you can tape the value of existing nodes, but you cannot insert a new one.
