How can I map my M-Audio Code 49 with Cubase 8 Elements? I can’t find a instruction. My Keyboard doesn’t work. No Sound, no reaction or like that. I become desperate.

It is a midi keyboard. It doesn’t make sound on its own.
First make sure it’s plugged in and turned on before launching Cubase.
Then when you load a VST instrument, the keys and pads should work without any setting up or mapping.
You can map your knobs in Devices/Device Setup/VST Quick Controls and/or Track Quick Controls.
For transport controls and faders you can create a generic remote.
