Markers not quantising properly

Hi there,

Just wanted to post a new issue I’ve found where the markers do not quantise correctly in certain portions of the album I’m mixing. I have it set to 100ms steps in the grid, but there are parts of the project where it flips back 1ms to show .499, .599, .799, instead of .500, .600, .800.

When inputting the values manually in the Marker list, it also exhibits the same behaviour. Inputting .900 on the ms part would flip it back to .899 instead.

I’m using Cubase 12 Pro (12.0.50).

Cheers, Jim.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Create a project with a length of about 2 hours or so and 120BPM, 48kHz sampling rate
  2. Change the project to to Time Linear
  3. Draw a loop marker in
  4. Move the end part of the loop marker forwards until it starts to glitch and it quantises to .099ms, .199ms, .299ms, etc.

It only glitches in certain parts, but locks exactly to 100ms steps in other parts of the project.
