Master Section Effects not bypassed

Just started having this problem with 11.1, worked properly in 11.0. When I go to render, I tick the box “Bypass Master Section Effects” on rendered file. But they stay active on rendered file, anyone else?

edit. I’m on W11 btw

Then yes. This option is activated as long as you keep it activated. It is also part of render presets.
