I need to much a video file that was recorded in a .wmv 20 fps with a sound track of the same performance that was recorded in Nuendo in 30 fps session set up.
Any one can offer an insight on how to achieve that with acceptable quality.
Please not that I am on a PC, so any frame conversion software you can recommend (that will accept wmv) need to be for PC.
