Came across a change of behaviour in the control surface drivers for Mackie MCU (first version, am using MCU & an extender for 16 faders). In sum: the MCU now always shows all of the inputs and outputs of the audio I/O, in this case a UA Apollo. Meaning that all eight inputs and 10 outputs always show up on the MCU. Annoying, this didn’t occur with 7.5, nor does there seem to be an easy way to hide these (aside form fiddling with and creating new VST Connections). In general, the fader control also seems a little more sluggish.
