I am having all sorts of problems with Media Bay suddenly.
I am missing all kinds of content I license. Here are two examples: Padshop and Halion Sonic.
I tried deleting
ContentManager.xml
mediabay3.db
scannedFolders3.bin

Try to delete the Steinberg MediaBay Server folder from the Preferences folder, please.
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/
