Media bay tut's anybody?

Are there any good tutorials about the media bay CP8, looked at the hub but no media bay tut’s…all I can find on Utube are from C6, I’d like to be able to use the media bay in a more comprehensive manner but because I’m an idiot I’m not doing to well…
tried following the manual and it’s ok but nothing beats a good tut,

tut’s by Mathew Loel T. Hepworth are aways very informative…has he done one?
havent been able to find any on the interweb…

Blimey that was quick and thanks for the link but I’ve already tried to watch this vid and nearly fell asleep after 5 mins…maybe there’s summat wrong with me!! :cry:

yeah, he’s pretty slow and methodical…sometimes it’s good to slow it down a little, helps the info to stick in your head …
