Media Service Not Supported

I have downloaded the trial version of Cubase Elements 10.

When it is starting up I get the error message -

Media Service Not Supported

Can anyone shed any light on this and how to fix it?

Hi,

Sounds loke a corrupted installation to me. Could you try to reinstall Cubase from the Full Installer, plase?
