Mediabay patches not loading (Cubase 8.5)

Hello, I have recently upgraded from Cubase Essential 5 to Cubase Pro 8.5 (Windows 10).

I have been having a play with the Mediabay Instruments and Loops & Samples, and everything was going well, but then all of a sudden, none of the patches are loading and the filters have all gone blank.

I have tried to search for a solution but am struggling to find one. It is driving me crazy!

Finally worked out the issue - I had clicked the ‘Show’ button and selected ‘MIDI Files’ by mistake. As soon as I selected ‘All Media Types’, everything came back.

Schoolboy error! I never claimed to be an expert :slight_smile:

Hopefully this will help somebody else in the future!
