Hi, today when I opened a project I was working on recently some of my VST had lost the source samples like Groove Agent and Serato Sample. The Issue was that my SSD is named “SanDisk SSD” but Mediabay is listing it as “SanDisk SSD 1”.
I’m on a M1 Max MBP and I’ve tried restarting, I’ve tried erasind the mediabay database file, I’ve tried renaming the SSD and if I name it anythind different than “SanDisk SSD” it displays it correctly in Mediabay, but as soon as I rename the disk “SanDisk SSD” (Which is the original name that my samplers VSTs rely on to find the souce samples) Mediabay resorts to renaming it “SanDisk SSD 1”.
Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks.
