If you have registered your Cubase Pro 9 license, you can find the complete installer needed for a new installation
in your MySteinberg account under My Products ▸ Downloads.
That’s another issue. When I attempt to activate, I get the message…
Currently there is no license avail. that can be upgraded by my upgrade license. Please connect an USB e-License.

If you created a MySteinberg account and registered the software it will be available there.

First advice: Stick to one thread and don´t double-post. Apart from the fact that it´s irritating, it is also against the forum rules.
What “uprade license” is that you are now talking about? Your first question was about redownloading Cubase 9 so what is the constellation you are having?
If you updated from a soft eLicenser protected Cubase version to a USB elicenser protected version, then you need to move the eLicenser license to the USB license first.
I’m not looking to break any rules. Just seeking some friendly assistance.
