Hey all,
I’m working on a project where I have to use material from an older session. The older session was a combination of Midi as well as Audio as is the new session. I tried global copy and paste, but that messes up the parts and I get French horns playing what strings ought to.
What is the best way to do this?

Use Track Archive, please. Select the tracks you want to transfer and choose File > Export > Selected tracks. In the other project, select File > Import > Track Archive.
Btw: In Nuendo, there is an option to Import Audio tracks from another project directly, now. A.D you can define the destination - very nice!
