Is it possible to have the two hairpins of a messa di voce join in the middle?
I would like the gap between them to be 0 (zero).

I wonder why this is not a property for messa di voce hairpins.
In this piece it should not be a problem, but it may happen that one wants some of them joined and some not.
Glad it worked. How did you solve the Tremolo indication in the end? A dynamic with an ordinary line in the center?
It looks like the “lesser evil” in this case, because it allows proper management of length and aperture. Of course, the best would be to complete this passage directly in Illustrator (or sim.), but I’m always dreading future changes from the composers
