message No Connection with external synths

I set up my external synth as ‘‘plug-ins’’, everything works as expected.

If the synths are turned off and i start Cubase, i get a message saying the connections cannot be made. I guess this i normal but is there a way not to have this pop up at start up when the synths are off ?
