Meta Normalizer fails to adjust master section output level

In Wavelab 9.5:

  1. In the Master Section, set the Master Level to 0 dB;
  2. Open an audio montage;
  3. Add a track;
  4. Insert an audio file;
  5. Adjust the clip volume to output a peak level above 0 dB;
  6. Select Process > Meta Normalizer > Master Section Output > Do Not Change Loudness > Limit True Peaks > Maximum Peak 0.00 dB;
  7. Hit Apply.

Result: the Meta Normalizer performs a calculation, yet fails to adjust the Master Level which stays at 0 dB.

Now set the Master Level to a negative value (i.e. bellow 0 dB) and repeat steps 1–7.

Result: the Meta Normalizer performs a calculation and adjusts the Master Level to an appropriate value.

Can you confirm this?
