Metadata question

I’m putting metadata in a song that has been recorded over 60 times from 1960s onward. Some have incomplete data or none, which I fix (I work for a publisher in case you’re wondering). Here is the issue…sort of…it’s strictly for my convenience. Since I have over 60 versions of this song, many times, when I click on the Metadata tab, there is an iXML string that requires me to scroll down to the bottom to find the ID3v2 info that I have to edit. I don’t really want to delete anything, just put it at the bottom, so I can see the ID3v2 info without opening the editor and selecting the tab. So, ideally, I would like to be able to click on the Metadata tab and see the ID3v2 info right away instead of having to open the editor and select the tab. With many songs to do, it would be a time saver.

You are right, this makes total sense to show ID3v2 before any XML data.
I will change this in the next WaveLab version.

Thank you. I’ll be looking forward to it. It’s a big bonus when you can connect with the creator of the software. I’ve been using your software since version 2; maybe even version 1. It’s interesting to watch the evolution of this amazing product along with it’s great reputation. Thanks again.
