That’s right, it’s the same viewset. From the Metagrid Forum. And yes, it’s in Dropbox/Apps/Metagrid/ViewSets.
Although I don’t know which way I would load another viewset. Do I have to upload it to the dropbox at a specific location? Because the option to import the viewset directly from the iPad is disabled for me.
I didn’t mention it, but as far as I understood
it doesn’t matter, I’m on PC.
Hi Dominik,
I came across this post on the Metagrid Forum in which a user has a similar problem to the one you’ve raised. I suggest you raise it again there and hopefully they can help you sort it out. As Ben has said, this discussion is probably better on the Metagrid Forum - you’re much more likely to find people who’ve had this problem there, rather than here in the Dorico Forum.
In the meantime I’m attaching the individual views that make up that Viewset. Those need to be placed in the Dropbox/Apps/Metagrid/Views folder and you’ll need to import them in Metagrid individually as views and not as a collective viewset.
Dorico views.zip (19.4 KB)
Thanks a lot one more time. I will definitely seek help on the forum. I also asked a question in the Metagrid facebook group, but without success.
Greeting! Me again…
I finally made it, but now I have another problem. My MG sends incorrect information for a large number of functions. For example, the tenuto command has an Engrave mode function. Marcato and some other commands do not react at all. Although I changed some key commands, I copied the “json” file to the required location (I don’t know if this is the right procedure) . In addition, although Dorico is in focus on the PC, sometimes I have to do a few actions to get the active home screen (the VST engine screen appears instead of Dorico).
I’m definitely looking for an adequate forum post for this problem, but maybe someone here has a solution as well.
