Meter problem between staves

I have a transcription of voice and guitar in which I cannot correct the voice part. It should be an eighth pickup on the “and” of 1 into 3 quarter notes over 2 beats. But, as you can see, there are four beats in the measure even though the signature says 3/4.

This is the correct rhythm but there is an extra quarter note as if it is in 4/4.

Hi @kevin.romero.gtr, it would be easier to diagnose the file if you could upload the Dorico file itself.
Two possibilities, meanwhile, that you can try:

Maybe you have a local time signature for the voice, as a pickup bar: if you visualise the signposts you will see. To correct this it would be enough to select the time signature at the beginning, and press enter twice (to edit it, and to reenter it)

OR

  1. (probably not the one that solves this particular case)

Activate Insert Mode (in “Global Adjustment of current bar” scope, the fourth one, when you long click on the Insert mode icon on the left panel), then select the quarter rest of your second screenshot, and press Delete.
But this could screw up the other staff, so to see the file would be better.

Thank you Christian. You were right. Now I have a different problem. The transcription needs some work but is somewhat close. However, it is showing the 3:2 ratio over the rest of the transcription, not necessarily at time signature changes. How do I get rid of the 3:2 ratios (in green) without changing time signautes or note values?

Thank you for the file @kevin.romero.gtr

The green 3:2 are just signposts that shows the hidden tuplets (hidden tuplet bracket and ratio). They will not be printed. if you don’t want to show signposts you can hide them from menu View>Signposts.

To correct bar 61, it is more complex because you have a nested tuplet (which gives strange results when trying to delete part of it):

The fastest way to correct it was to delete that bar content in the voice (clicking in an empty space into the bar and pressing Delete) and rewrite it. Also deactivate the End voice property override on the rest in voice staff in bar 59 (to show the eight rest in bar 61). And apply a 2/4 time signature in bar 60.

Now bar 61 is corrected:

(Your layout is very messy, honestly: you made overrides on many pages, including the first page, because you manipulated the score directly in the layout, including the first page. In the Project info there are information only for the flow, but not for the Project. And you are not using the page templates efficiently. To write those text in the score (page 6 for example) you can/should use system text. The TAB number are unreadable because of the Font Style settings used…etc…)

Here a possible alternative layout (work in progress):
