I’m trying to open the metronome or tempo in cubase and I ca’t find it. anybody?
time table: Do you mean the Click 
If so look at your transport—for Click you can turn it on or off
and increase or decrease the tempo right there with the Number. 
Also for Quantizing look at your Transport again
and in the lower left hand side you’ll see AUTO Q
on for Quantizing and off is not.
