Microtonal symbols in Key/score editor?

i watched this video https://youtu.be/_dmrdxL0uSE?t=308
and i remember i had hard time with Cubase doing microtonal music.
we can use midi plugin microtonal or pitch note expression , but would be nice to have presets and custom microtonal symbols per note in key editor and score for playback and score print (but for me its for playback mostly with key editor)
maybe it is possible with cubase already ?

Nope.

Simple and Clear answer LOL.
probably its not an attractive and popular feature in Cubase user world. but could be a nice feature to have

Dorico?

Dorico has very good microtonal support.

but i compose / arrange on cubendo , im not into scoring that much

If notation is not in play, there are many ways to do microtonal work in Cubase.

In Kontakt I use CCs for the Tuning parameter, which can be controlled using Note Expression and even Expression maps as long as it’s a monophonic line.

In much of Steinberg content you can control polyphonic tuning params using Note Expression, for example.
