Mid/Side processing.

Does N7 have any facilities for converting a stereo file to Mid/Side and back to stereo again?

Ableton Live seems to contain facilities to do just that that permit separate processing of the mid and side elements before converting them back to stereo.

I can find nothing in the user manual.

AFAIK it does not, but you can use a ton of free plugs like the very good MSED from Voxengo.
I agree, it would be nice to have the option to “switch” to MS within Nuendo.
