My studio sat empty for a few years… since Cubase v11, actually. When I returned, Cubase would no longer hook up with my M32R via the Klark-Teknik USB audio interface. All other apps see the device just fine. Sound Forge, Audacity, Media Player, etc. Running Windows 11 Home on an LG Gram laptop. I performed all the updates to OS, hardware, firmware, yada, yada, yada. Nothing. Out of desperation, I upgraded to Cubase 14. Nothing. Anybody have the same problem and able to get these 2 to talk?
I guess that your other software probably uses the regular windows audio drivers.
Cubase needs an ASIO driver to work. Do you have an ASIO driver installed for your audio interface?
