Middev or MIDNAM file support?

Hey new here, loving cubase. I’m trying to integrate my eventide DSP-7000 into my workflow and found some patch-lists in the MIDDEV / MIDNAM format and read in some cranny of the net that cubase supports these files?

I searched the cubase 6 manuals without success. anyone here that can point me in the right direction ?

Not something I’ve heard of in Cubase and I’m pretty savvy - but not infallible. ProTools I believe but then I’ve not come to use them at all. I don’t know if there’s any conversion tool, but MidiQuest is about the best patch library around, perhaps they have an import/conversion module?
