MIDI CC glitch while changing tempo in Cubase11

I found my VST inst sounds glitching (unstable volume) after changing tempo.
It can be fixed by changing “curve type” back and forth in key editor.
Once you change tempo, you have to check EVERY CC automation, or it happens.
It seems that “Curve Type: Ramp/Curve” function has some minor bugs with tempo changing, which cause MIDI CC value jumps to 0 every move.
Anyone has same problems? Hope Steinberg can fix it soon.
