MIDI Channel Assignment Option?

The locked thread about Expression Maps for Dorico 3.5+, under the section pertaining to EastWest Hollywood Strings, refers to:

“Play’s Settings > Other, set MIDI Channel Assignment to ‘Automatic Increment’”

I have searched in vain for anything called “Settings” or “MIDI Channel Assignment” or “Automatic Increment”. I tried Play > Playback Options; Edit > Preferences > Play; the manual, and this forum.

Where should I be looking for this?

I don’t have EW, but does it mean these settings are in the EW Play, not in Dorico?
