is there any solution found for this to prevent Cubase from resetting to the first slot ?
Make the first slot in the EM empty and assign the output to something out of any instrument’s range, C#7 is what I use.
The EM still resets but doesn’t select an articulation.
This has been an issue for way too long and should have been fixed a long time ago.
But does a dummy empty first slot prevent cubase from resetting to a different midi channel than the one used for the last articulation?
I solved it with a bome midi translator script
