MIDI Clock Destination option not saving

Hello.
For some reason in the Project Synchronization Setup / MIDI Clock Destinations, any time I make a selection it’s never saved. I check the box I need, hit ‘OK’ but when I immediately reopen the window, every check I’ve made is not saved.

Is there an option to save this setting? I feel like I’m missing something super easy but just not finding it. I don’t even see an “Apply” button anywhere to apply the changes.

Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks

Could you try in the Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?

I saw something like this once… I needed to un/reinstall my midi interface drivers and then all was good.
(I suspected a Win update caused this somehow)
