MIDI editor: brush type tool?

Hi, is there a way to draw in MIDI notes similar to a brush tool? In other words, left-click and hold, then drag the mouse cursor to add notes wherever the cursor moves.

Currently, I am adding them in one by one, then duplicating notes. This makes drawing in notes, such as for hi-hats, more click and command intensive.

use the line tool.it is the last in the tools box and will create notes on every line you stretch it over

When I use the “line tool” to draw notes, it doesn’t quantize to my selected setting, any input in how to get it linked would be awesome
