Is it possible on midi editor to have an accoustic feedback of all notes been on the same time line and move the time line with the mouse right or left and hear the midi tones that been hit by the time line ?

What do you mean by “notes been on the same time line”, please? Do you mean a chord? If you select by lasso (Object Selection) the chord, all notes are played back.

is any way I can do that ?
I am trying to switch from my old convenient midi sequencer to new Daw but is getting complex .

In the Project view you can scrub individual midi tracks, but not in the editor, unfortunately.
