Why is the editor uneaven? There is a small pice just before so it´s not possible to do a straight 4/4 beat.

No I don´t want to quantize. When I draw in the notes there is automatically a shorter one added and if I don´t fill it in there is a pause in the playing. In the image I want a steady repeating beat
Can you do a video of what is happening? Your description is far away from anything that I have ever seen or heard of.
Oh, and make sure the Quantize value is set to something trivial like 1/16th.

Check your snap value or better still turn it off while you test.
Check your quantise settings.
Maybe post a picture showing your editor settings.
You can after you reach the first forum trust level. Just read (or slowly scroll thru) a handful of posts & that usually will do it (plus a lot of other things will also work). The message you got when joining explains the trust levels. They do this to block spam and it really works great.
In your pic the ruler looks to be set to Bars & Beats but the grid isn’t lining up which suggests your track might be set to Linear Timebase (minutes & seconds) instead of Musical Timebase (bars & beats). Each Track has a control button that switches between a quarter-note and a clock-face for this setting. Sorry not at Cubase to grab a pic of it.
Remove the groove quantise and make it a standard one. Also change the snap value from event to Grid or quantise.
Or while you test turn the snap off completely.
