Inside Edit MIDI Controller Surface, I am only able to get the knob turned about a third of the way (clockwise, see first image) when pressing between heel down and heel up on the pedal. How do I make the MIDI pedal control the knob’s full range?
I have experimented with changing Value Mode, Value Min, Value Max in Knob Properties as well as Value Mode, Focus Mode, Min, Max in Mapping Assistant → Mapping Configuration. I have also tried switching polarity of the pedal. This pedal works fine in MainStage.
I am able to receive the midi CC22 in Helix Native for turning the position of a wah pedal, but the pedal only goes about halfway in Helix Native, despite min and max settings set to full:
