Midi Fader

I noticed the fader on a midi track I recorded has a range of 0 -127. I recorded a keyboard track using The Halion instruments. When I tried to edit it wouldn’t show the EQ. I recorded another midi track and the fader was like the audio and master faders. Does anyone know why it is this way?

In the first instance it was a Midi track, in the second, an Instrument track.
