Midi from cubase 10 on yamaha tyros5

I try to export a midi-file, but when i load the file on my Yamaha Tyros5 I can’t see the file. When I load it on a computer, I see that I saved a ‘MIDI-SEQUENTIE’ and not a ‘MIDI-BESTAND’. How can I do this in Cubase pro10?

Did you export *.midi or *.mid file from Cubase, please? I would recommend *.mid.

That was the problem. I have to save the file as .mid en not .midi.
