Hi all!
So, I just upgraded my Cubase 12 pro to Cubase 13 pro.
My MIDI keyboard is not computing at all, alongside my nanoKontrol.
Now, If I open the same project in Cubase 12 Pro, everything is working!
How to solve this please?

Do you see the correct midi ports (usually we have the All MIDI Inputs selected) in the Inspector→Routing→Input Routing of your instrument tracks?
Then, if you see this, can you verify that the midi ports of your devices are setup to be included? You can check this in Studio→Studio Setup→MIDI Port Setup.
