Midi keyboard's transport control plays notes

Hi friends, I have recently purchased M-audio hammer 88 pro. I setup its mackie control, (by adding mackie control device, as said on m audio’s official site) its transport controls work but whenever I hit transport controls on my midi controller they play a note along. Controller has built in Daw controller they also sometimes wont work properly. ( I checked in studio one it works fine there.)

In the Studio > Studio Setup > MIDI > MIDI Port Setup disable the In ‘All MIDI Inputs’ column for the M-Audio “Mackie” MIDI Port, please.
