Dear Sir, Madam,
I changed from Cubase Element. to Cubase 15 Artist, but now I’m confronted with some problems.
I connected my Genos via an Audio/Midi-interface to my computer, but I don’t seem to be able to get into any of the Cubase internal modules
via de Genos or any other keyboard onto my computer…
However, I do see the leds moving at the rigt bottom of the computer screen.
Also, when clicking on the internal keyboard and moving the mouse over the keys, I can see the latter moving as well as hearing some sound.
But this only happens by using the mouse on the keyboard, which is strange because with other music software I do get immediate contact
with my Genos.
So, I think there must be a problem using Cubase.
Could you please help me out here? I’ve been trying to figure out what the problem is for days now, but all in vain…
