1st, can one be copied to another and vice versa? (And I don’t mean the various “Merge” functions when both exist discussed in the manual on page 242.) Or if they cannot be ‘copied,’ can they be recorded from one to another somehow?
2nd, other than the fact that the Midi Part Automation is stored in the midi file itself (I think) instead of the the project track, are there any other advantages to midi part automation over automation tracks?
Superficially, it seems that the editing and automation features are infinitely superior in automation tracks.
But then again … superficial views can be misleading.
