Hi, after writting my original post I started Cubase and now it seems that its working fine, unlike last night, when it happened what I described in the last paragraph.
Does it mean, it resets to the default? When did this happen, please?
Kinda? I dont have an screenshot of when this happen, but its like the current pic but all the buttons and faders dont have any command attached to them. They are all blank. For example, the button at the top right corner doesn’t have the piano symbol, nor the command to open the instruments. Same with the rest except the buttons on the far left.
Could you attach the crash/dmp file(s), please?
Yes.
Cubase 13.0.41 64bit 2024.8.26 22.58.15.419-freezedump.dmp (1.3 MB)
Cubase 13.0.41 64bit2024.9.18 22.08.33.836.dmp (3.0 MB)
What kind of template do you mean, please?
I’ll attach it. Keep in mind that all the internal settings of the nanoKontrol are customised as I did it when MIDI remote was not a feature yet. So I created my own template changing the operation of the nanoKontrol and using an old Cubase feature.
Korg_nanoKONTROL2 actualizado falta los faders.midiremote (6.5 KB)
Korg_nanokontrolcustomARREGLADO.midiremote (7.5 KB)
What exactly do you mean? Could you attach a screenshot?
It’s hard to explain, as I said it seems fixed now (although I have no faith that it will remain this way for long, as experience has shown me). When this happens again I will reach here to post screenshots, but I’ll try to explain it.
It started as usuall, in the same way I described earlier. So I reached to the saved templates that I posted via the import button. But a pop up appeared sayign something like the template was not compatible.
What Cubase version exactly do you use? Are you on Windows or Mac?
Cubase 13.0.41, Windows 11.
