MIDI Remote Mapping Issue Between Projects

I am having an issue with the MIDI Remote where objects will be mapped in one project but not in another. I have a reverb called Cinematic Rooms on channels 152 and 153 in the MixConsole in both projects but the MIDI Remote Mappings only show up in one.

Even if I leave Cubase open and only activate the projects with the :high_voltage:, the mapping come and go. It may have something to do with the way Cubase uses Banks of 128 channels and how I have saved the project i.e. which bank was active when saved.

Cubase Pro 15.0.30 Windows 11 latest.

See the 12 knobs at the bottom of the MIDI Remote are mapped.

Notice all the purple buttons are indicating that they are parameters of Cinematic Rooms. When they should be parameters of Instances in VEP like in the top picture.

I was mapping these knobs at a project level not a global level. Somehow the Mapping Assistant is defaulting on project level now. Before it was defaulting on global. Might have happened in the latest Cubase update.
