Midi Reset changing setting?

I did a post about this with Padshop and now I am finding Retrolog is also changing settings with a Midi Reset , same as Padshop Cc66

But Also Cc 100 and Cc105 . this is very odd and worrying as the sounds get messed up ! I have no idea what other could be changing

I know Midi Cc 66 is “Sostenuto” but I set up all my VSTi with a controller and happen to use Cc 66 for Amp/Env Sustain , all was fine until I had a stuck note the other day , when I send a reset from Cubase my Padshop patch changed , very odd as no other VSTi does this and they all have Cc66 for Sustain . ?
