Midi routings recall failure (possible bug)

Cubase
1

  1. Turn computer on.

  2. Start Cubase and open a project.

  3. Midi not being routed to correct outputs on hardware midi interface (Cakewalk UM3G, 3x connected via usb)

  4. Close down Cubase and then open up Cubase, then open up same project.

  5. Midi routings now correct.

  6. Midi routings stay correct until next computer restart.

Same in Cubase 5.5 and 5.5.3

This works fine for me :confused:
I have an EMU 2x2 usb midi interface and cubase essential 5.1.1.
