MIDI slow down function?

Hi,

I never found a good way to do this. Basically I have a midi track and I want to slow down a part of it doing a rallentendo. So I could just grab the tempo track and make a curve down. That woks if you want to slow down all the session.
But in some instances you want to slow down (or accelerate) just some instruments to give certain effects.
So I grab the MIDI file I want to slow down, go to the end of the session, do a tempo track curve, switch the track to Time mode, bring it back to the desired position, reactivate the Music mode, delete the tempo track automation… This is not straight forward :stuck_out_tongue: Do you have a better alternative ? I wish there was an easy function for that.

You might find that setting the Select (Arrow) Tool to Sizing Applies Time Stretch is useful for this. You can split the MIDI Part to stretch different sections independently.
