Midi to audio mixdown

Hi all

I´m trying to get my tracks ready for mixing.to And converting the midi to audio files.
When I try to export audio mixdown. It makes it all weird. Both in cubase (which is now a totally different track) and in the exported audio file, that is altered as well.

Hope it makes sense (it doesnt for me )

Best regards

If you use Cubase pro then use render in place which does midi to audio. You don’t say what version you have though.

Arh sorry. I use Pro 13

Then use the render in place option

Hi and welcome to the forum,

If you are going to mix it at the same system (maschine), there is no need to convert the Instrument Track to an Audio Track. You can mix the Instrument Track.

Thanks a lot guyz. Much appreciated.
In the end I used Render in place with great succes.
Trouble was the chord track wasnt muted, and I had deleted the monitor track, during some session clean up.
Guess that got the other midi tracks to act up. Either way it worked when i muted the chord track.

Have great day all.

Thanks alot Martin. I’m looking forward to being here.
Im sending songs away to be mixed out of house.
But I’m working hard on doing it myself. Not quite there yet.

Just as information, another alternative, and new in C13 other than Render In Place would be this:

But understand the differences with this and Render In Place.

That´s awesome, thank you!
